It's funny how some people like to complain over nothing. If you don't like living somewhere move out. Maybe the problem is you...........bet you never thought of that one.........

You know, I really get sick and tired of people like you posting and telling others to stop complaining. Some of us look at these reviews to help us decide if we want to waste time even looking at a complex. If you are any indication of the people that live in this one I believe I will pass on seeing it. You sound like a straight up a**hole! If you don't like the reviews then maybe you shouldn't read them.

Actually it is likely that he and the one who posted a review previous to this was actually an employee of the company that owns Waterford apartments. They have just started to take an interest in this site and have sent me an email about a review I put here to "talk" about it. I should have posted anonymously.
In addition to that, it's not as simple as just moving somewhere else. There's this thing called a "lease" that means you have to pay rent for a year regardless if you life there or not. Further these complaints are far from "nothing". Having potentially dangerous maintenance staff that are unwilling to fix anything, only 2 working outlets, the refrigerator not working for a week, ect.. are serious concerns.
How does this website monitor if the poster is working for the complex or do they?

I don't think they do. How do you ensure that your ac unit is operating efficiently and not constantly being charged when the refrigerant leaks out. When my son moved in here I noticed the pipes all frosted up and not cooling. The unit was so old it could not be efficient, something to think about when you are paying the electic bill. Someone at Huguenot village had bills of 250 per month when the ac/heat unit was very old and problematic. It should have been replaced but it did turn on and off. May be a reason for looking for a place with new hvac units
