We have lived here for almost 1 year and we love it. What makes this place great is that about 1/2 of the people who live here actually own the units, so they strive to keep this place perfect.

This is the quietest apartment complex I have ever lived in. Everyone is friendly, yet keep to themselves.

We had our house for sale, and with the housing market slowing, we felt compelled to break the lease and move back in to our house. What we didn't know was that we had to give a 60 day notice, plus pay a penalty fee equal to a months rent. We decided not to do anything since we only had a few more months left on the lease. i am not complaining, but just be sure to read any contract you sign.

The location is too perfect!! The mall, walgreens, walmart, auto dealers, community college, schools, library and ymca are minutes away.

The best thing is that if you decide you like your apartment, you can purchase it!

I would give this apartment complex a 8 out of ten.
