I moved into the complex a few months ago, and each month it seems to get worse and worse. Parking in front of my building is very minimal. There are so many work trucks in the parking lot, there really isn't enough room for the resident's cars. The neighbors are loud, even at 3:00 in the morning. Our apartment is falling apart. There is mold on the windows. There is very little insulation so the electric bills are out of the roof. Molding under the sink is coming off, dishwasher is so loud you can't hear the tv over it. And that is just the jist of eveything that is wrong with this complex. Oh and last summer there were dogs swimming in the swimming pool. So if you want a place that is clean and not falling apart, keep looking because these apartments/condos are not worth it. Oh and don't even think about buying one. You will waste your money!

Totally agree! Management???s excuse for parking problem is it's people visiting but you can???t find a parking spot even after 11pm most nights. Mgmt says each apt should have 2 parking spots but refuses to mark spaces for such. My neighbors above me are so loud and sounds like they are moving furniture at 3am some times. They sleep with the TV on so loud I can almost tell you word for word what it???s saying. I don???t have mold problems but I hear many condo???s do and that mgmt says it is not their problem since you bought the condo. Better Business has received complaints. When I first moved here a year ago it was good but I can see it going down hill real fast; thank goodness I am only renting. My neighbor next door complains about the people above her being too loud and says her dryer is so loud she can not hear her own TV. Her temperature control is broken and maintenance has not been able to fix it for 4 months. I must say the maintenance guys are nice. Best thing about this place is the location.
