There are alway spiders and other worm looking things and ants. This place wasn't built very well my door has a 1 inch gap on one side, some of the electric sockets aren't straight. There was also a huge hole in my closet and you coulg see the light from outside. My power bill is threw the roof it went from 90 at my other aparment to as high as 200 here in the winter. I can here the people above me when there walk, wash cloths, and run the dishwasher. The people 2 stories above us have party sometimes on the weekends and every time they throw up and it comes down on our patio. (Total Nasty) Both toilets have broke one flooded and put water everywhere and now there is mold. It is in a good spot and it;s better then Buckingham Station. Just make sure you are on the top floor. Sometimes I think iy may be to convienent. There has been muliple break ins cars and apartments. There also was a murder just 2 buildings from mine. (I'm not 100% but I think it was demestic)

It was o.k. I would live threr if I had to because it's cheap, but the outside is falling apart, and they need to do some updates on the appliances. And when I was there they had a few issues with kids messing with cars and a robbery, but that happen everywhere now I guess. It's not the worse place ever.

when u lived at old buckingham did u have any bugs or roaches in your apartment?
