This place WAS fantastic when I moved in. Friendly staff, great maintenance. Then it went downhill. The gates are ALWAYS broken, which is fine, unless they are broken in the closed position and you can't get in or out.

My apartment was falling apart. They started doing construction work, but didn't call until the afternoon they started to say there was going to be work and I needed to move my pantings down so they didn't fall, not the best when you get home and your stuff is laying on the floor. The lady below me was told to move out temporarily, but was not compensated. Not the most proactive management. The asst manager is rude. The trash compactor was a complete mess.

If you're looking in the Midlo area, I'd suggest Waterford.
