Let's start with the good, nice and convenient location, and the apartments themselves are okay in quality. Now the bad, the gates NEVER work, EVER. I asked about them getting fixed and was told by the manager that they never work. I don't know why they advertise this as a gated community. Some of the staff is not too friendly. They are now doing construction and it is noisy, my vehicle was egged, there is NO parking in the back and sometimes I have to park Several buildings away and walk at night in a gated community with broken gates. Additional parking was promised last year but NOTHING at all has been done maybe because they are focusing all their attention on the property they are building right next to it, did I mention the NOISE! The outside lights are always broken or blinking on and off in your eyes at night when you are trying to sleep and when you have to park a mile away at night it is dangerous. My maintenance requests get half done usually if they are even done at all. The Key to get into the clubhouse NEVER works. The pool is gross at the bottom and is has lights floating in it and wires coming out of the lights which seemd a bit dangerous. And the Ugly, the trash is ALWAYS overflowing and looks disgusting, the back of the apartments looks bad, there are hardly any flowers or anything like there is up front and holes in the ground and POO EVERYWHERE, if you don't believe me, drive around and see for yourself, the gates are always open!!! I can not wait until my lease is done here! Take my advice and buy a house.

As the manager of Crowne at Swift Creek, I apologize for any inconvenience, or issue, any resident has experienced living here. Our team strives to provide excellent and prompt customer service. Whenever a situation arises, we take immediate action to remedy the problem.
Regarding the gates, these gates have been, and are, currently operational. Occasionally, the gates fail due to weather, being struck, etc. When this happens, we take immediate action to have them repaired.
Construction is underway next door. This is a temporary inconvenience to all; however, the work is being done according to county work standards and does not begin before 7 a.m. due to local ordinances. We all will be eagerly awaiting its completion.
Parking is available throughout the community at an average of two spaces per apartment (well within the standards). Garages are also available for rent which guarantee exclusive parking.
Noise disturbances can be a concern. We ask residents to bring them to our attention. We address these issues individually and promptly.
Overall, it is our goal to provide the exemplary service to our residents. No doubt, issues will arise. All residents are encouraged to bring any concerns to management. As the Community Director, I strive to make certain our residents are content and happy in our community.
Respectfully,
Ginny McClaugherty
Community Director
