Apt. is brand new as of 2006. Hence, no amenities...Nothing, Nada. i.e. still under construction. 2007 is when everything will be done. time for me to move. YEAH. Also, you have to pay 1 5 0 dollars nonrefundable for cleaning fee. Huh' The worst of all, you have to go through them for cable, high speed internet, & phone services. They have the right to limit your bandwidth and usage as they see fit. ie...they will monitor your usage.
Everything costs money at this apt complex. 3 0 0 $ for pet fees, 4 0 $ for high speed and they don't tell you upload/download speed. Unless you prefer a brand new apt. then don't live here. they will suck your wallet dry by the time you leave this place.
i got trapped and i needed a place quickly so there is nothing i could do but bite the bullet. AVOID!!!

The community clubhouse and amenities opened in December 2006. This includes a cyber cafe with two computers, coffee/cappucino, fax/scan/copy/print capabilities, free wi-fi; pool with aquatic jacuzzi, grilling patio, and large sundeck; fitness center, conference room, library, and much more. The $150 nonrefundable cleaning fee is the only nonrefundable fee charged, unlike many competitors in this area. The phone, internet, and cable package has been extremely popular due to the convenience of all-in-one payment. The internet usage is not monitored, and typical upload/download speeds are available by inquiring at the office. The $300 pet deposit is refundable, which is also rare among competitors in this area.
Since opening, Enclave has had an extremely high rate of residents who choose to renew their lease. If this poster is still a resident, I would welcome you to meet with me to discuss any concerns you may have.
