I moved in recently and couldn't be happier. Every apartment complex has problems, but I was able to get a brand new apartment for much less than what older communities in the area are charging. I have to put up with some construction but they are almost done in this area. I saw where someone else was saying that the amenities won't be done until 2007, which is not what I was told. The clubhouse looks like it is almost done and I was told would be done in September 06... next month, not next year. In my eyes it's a small price to wait a little while for all brand-new. Also I don't know if the other poster shopped around or not but when I was looking around just about everywhere else was charging $300-400 nonrefundable and their pet fees were not refundable (they are here). Overall it's a beautiful place and a small community which makes me feel a lot more comfortable than some of these giants with 400 apartments
