I have been living here since the first building was done. And I don't know what planet the other guy is from, but I know that we knew up front that the complex was still under construction. And we also knew about the phone, internet, and cable package. I agree, it makes everything so much easier that way. You know about all this stuff before you ever sign the lease, so if you dont' like anything about it, then DON'T SIGN THE LEASE, and go elsewhere. These are beautiful apartments, with very large rooms, and happen to be the nicest place I'VE ever lived in. Personally, I'm loving watching everything come together from the ground up. And it's coming along very quickly. The staff is great, and in my opinion, all new construction is going to have it's little problems that needs to be worked out. So that other guy needs to get over it and quit talking trash.
