place is beautiful outside but inside is nothing extraordinary. *paper thin walls*, cheap carpets, kitchen is nice though. AC is very loud. price is ok for place and year. as many have mentioned, amenities aren't available at this time. donnu when...but can't wait to use them. avoid if you want choices (price/provider) on your entertainment. have not had any issues.

I'm having a really hard time figuring out why, if you haven't had any issues, you wouldn't recommend these apartments to others? I'm a resident at Enclave, and I'm very happy with them. The office staff is great, maintenance very helpful. They're new apartments, so naturally there's going to be some issues to work out. As far as not having a choice on providers for the entertainment, I'm sure if you call around and do some pricing through other companies for the things you're paying for through the apartments, you will find that the combined total will be considerably higher than what you're paying now.

I am also trying to figure out why if you have not had any issues, are you complaining. The staff is wonderful. And as far as the entertainment choices, be glad that you are not the one who has to deal with the companies, we all know they can be a pain. And they are very cheap compared to other services.

My husband and i are being relocated to the richmond area. when we visited the Enclave we thought this is great. We understand the cable/telephone package(it was explained) the person we met with was friendly and has written and called us since.
we thought we had found the place until I read the reviews. Paper thin walls in new construction? Unresponsive staff? Scams? I also heard from other apartment staff that we visited that there is some kind of unusal parking problems? Can anyone give me the real or dare I say truthful answers? I have lived long enough to know nothing is perfect. I can put up with alot but not rude staff when I am paying the bills anf not a con job. Whats the real deal? We loved the Enclave visit and the area.

Anonymous poster - I am surprised to hear you have had noise concerns in your apartment. I would welcome you to meet with me to discuss your concerns to see if they can be remedied. Having lived in two different apartments at Enclave myself since June of 2006, I have never experienced anything other than "standard neighbor noise." My carpet has held up extremely well. It is a little "fuzzy" at first but that is a side effect of brand new carpet. I know it has been a while, but if you have not done so, please call in a service request for your loud AC. Our service guarantee is that if your request is called in before 3pm, we will respond the same day. We do have several different package pricing levels available for phone, internet, and cable. With respect to parking, competitors may have been referring to the parallel parking that is available. However, please note that every building has both parallel and "regular" parking options.
