I'm positive that those who have been writing negative reviews of this place have absolutely no idea what a "bad" apartment looks like. And of course you're going to hear noise from your neighbors from time to time...it's an APARTMENT, not a detached single family home, people.

The staff is as helpful as they can possibly be, although they seem to be a bit understaffed for their needs...none of which is their fault. The property is nicely maintained...I can't wait to move in and get to use the pool when it gets warmer!

whoever posted this review must either be one of the staff members or ****ing one of the staff members. This place is the absolute worst place ever! The apartments are not sound proof in the least little bit, the staff is nice and cooperative until you move in, asking them for help after that is impossible. They are rude, snobby and completely unhelpful unless you know them on a more "personal" level if you know what im talking about. Dont expect anyone of them to speak to you within the community unless you are on "their" time. The maintenance staff are nice but a little clueless themselves, they picked up our washer and dryer and threw all of our clothes on the living room floor. They were clean clothes by the way, and a few items were missing! They also did not give us proper notice they were entering our apartment, (isnt that against the law!) The parking is absoluteley horrible! If you come home anytime after 3:00pm dont expect to find a parking place anywhere near your building, whoever designed this place must have been drunk or on drugs! They will try to charge you for any little ungiven reason. One last comment, about the pool, it could be nice, if they cleaned it. If the health inspector ever visited the pool in the summer, they would be shut down. No one ever cleans it, it is always dirty. And they never check the chlorine, etc. levels of the pool. I know of kids that have gotten sick just from swimming in the pool! YUCK! Bottom line DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I no longer live at The Enclave because we moved back to my home state, but I agree that The Enclave is a great place to live. The apartments are nice. No, they are not soundproof, but you're not ever going to move into ANY apartment that is soundproof. Like the original author of this review said, it is not detached single-family housing. So of course you're going to hear things from your neighbors from time to time. And to dispute the person who responded to this review, first off, "assuming" that the author of the review is messing around with one of the staff is nothing but childish. No wonder you posted anonymously. And I have to say, the staff is very helpful, whether you know them personally or not. They always have a friendly smile on their faces, and are always to help out in any way they can, during office hours, and even after hours. As for the pool, I never go the privelege of using the pool. I would've liked to, but we moved before it was open. Also, the pool has only been up and running for one, count it, ONE summer. It's a learning experience for everyone involved. It's going to take time to get everything just right. If you know kids who have gotten sick from swimming in the pool, perhaps you should inform the parents that they need to monitor their kids' comings and goings a little better. Even though I don't live there anymore, I loved it when I did, and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice apartment!

You may think they are helpful now, wait until you have a problem, or even a question! The apartment might be okay if nothing ever breaks (which it does), if your bill is always on time and correct (which it isn't), or if you could chose your own cable and internet provider (which you can't). Don't ask the office people a question, they won't know the answer. They didn't even know how their water bill was calculated.

Anonymous responder #1: Please contact me regarding your concerns. I am strongly concerned that you would allege any kind of inappropriate relations between our professional staff and any resident or customer. To my knowledge, maintenance has only removed one w/d set from an occupied apartment, and that was scheduled with the resident. If you have had such a problem, please let me know so I can investigate. Maintenance only enters the apartment for three reasons: 1) routine maintenance, which is announced by written notice at least 24 hours in advance 2) emergency maintenance, for example if the apartment below yours is flooding, we may enter to see if the problem originated from your apartment 3) a service request entered by the resident. If you would like to be present for maintenance requests, please specify as such when you call in the service request. Further, if you would like to inspect the daily chemical logs for last summer's pool records, you are welcome to do so. I was never notified of any illness or injury at the pool. Anonymous Responder #2: Have you had problems with maintenance responding to items in your apartment? If so, please let me know. The "bill" you refer to is a courtesy statement provided by our home office to give you a breakdown of water/sewer charges (and, for our phone subscribers, a detailed long distance call record). You may always call the office for the exact amount due if the bill has not arrived, or pay the charges listed in your lease agreement on the "payment schedule" page. The water/sewer charges are the result of an individual meter in each apartment which monitors the apartment usage and sends a signal via a wireless transmitter to generate billing. On your courtesy statement, you may note that from month to month, you can see a "last month" usage and "this month" usage per gallon. If you have any additional questions, please let me know.
