The Enclave apartments are OK. Apartments are nice and fairly new.
Price is a bit high (personally), but the area is really nice and safe. It is close to shopping (Wal-Mart, mall, and many, many other well known stores).
The complex tries to organize many socials throughout the year. There are young professionals and young families as well.
The grounds are kept very clean.
Clubhouse is nice and the pool is very relaxing in the summer (yes, many children mess around, but that should be expected).
In my experience, the maintenance crew was on-point and whenever I had something come up they were there in a reasonable amount of time. Luckily, I did not experience any "emergencies," throughout my stay.
Two of my main "issues," with the complex are 1) the SLOW internet, and 2) the only TV provider is Dish Network. Both of these are very frustrating. You cannot download music or anything else without it taking at least a few minutes.
Some other criticisms are the poor quality of the walls and shower and bathroom sink materials.

I find this review to be extremely fair. There are things I would love to change here (is there is perfect apartment?), but I did renew my lease. You can get Clearwire internet which seems to be adequate, although not as fast as Comcast or Verizon.

Went to Best Buy to see what I could do with no tv, purchased a 39 dollar RCA digital antenna with amplifier, great digital picture quality for free, will have to wait 11 months to get directv after I get away from Trophy Club but at least we have something to watch with an excellent picture until then, what a hard lesson to learn. Was told that a couple is taking up a petition here for problems with satellite reception.
