I HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FOR THE ENCLAVE APTS AND MINUS SOME OF THE PROBLEMS PEOPLE HAD WITH THE INTERNET, MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN TREATED VERY PROFESSIONAL AND LOOK FORWARD TO MOVING IN. THE COMMUNITY IS SAFE, FOLKS WE SAW WALKING AROUND SAID "HELLO" AND FOLKS WHO WE KNOW LIVE THERE WERE POLITE. COMPARED TO SOME OF THE PLACES WE VISTED, ENCLAVE BEATS THEM HANDS DOWN. WE FEEL PREETY CONFIDENT THAT IF WE WERE TO EVER HAVE A PROBLEM, THE STAFF AT THE ENCLAVE WOULD ADDRESS OUR ISSUES. THEY HAVE ALREADY AND WE HAVEN'T MOVE IN YET.

Yes, come back after your calls to office staff have gone unanswered and they tell you the phones have been out for a week as well as emails (the problems are not the residents) and you have had dealings with the maitainence guy with the attitude that yells at old men. PLEASE COME BACK..........

You may be sorry, come back here and say something after a month. SEE IF YOU FEEL THE SAME THEN, SORRY TOO LATE NOW!!! Hope you asked about the extremely high fee to break your lease, you won't be doing that here or Trophy club.

I totally agree The Enclave has the worst service I have ever experienced! First of all, they tried to give me an apartment with a small vanity when they showed me a long vanity...I was glad I caught that. But, then when I moved in I found out that I could not transfer my phone, internet or cable service I have to use the enclave's company and long distance is NOT INCLUDED!! Its one thing if I was getting the same package..on top of that I lived here for 4 months and my call waiting and voicemail still doesnt work and noone knows how to fix it. Not to mention I had no tv/internet or phone service for the entire first month, but they didnt forget to send me a bill for the service I didnt have. Oh and when you call there they see your number on the caller ID and dont answer! Today my box when out totally and I was told to unplug it for an hour and if it doesnt come back on there is nothing they can do...I'm confused shouldnt she have just told me that I am screwed for the weekend try back Monday?? Another thing, if you dont live on the third floor dont expect to get any sleep. You can hear the neighbor upstairs walking, taking a shower, washing the dishes, using the dishwasher, washing clothes, what shoes she wearing to work the next day etc. etc. etc. There was a big dead bug in the hallway for over two weeks so I'm not sure how often they clean the place. I have never been so unhapppy in a place.
