FAIRLY DECENT

MY CHILDREN AND I MOVED INTO HUNTERS CHASE FROM WOODLAKE UPON SEPARATING FROM MY HUSBAND. FRANKLY, I WAS SUPRISED THAT I WAS APPROVED BECAUSE MY CREDIT WAS A DISASTER. THEY MUST HAVE BEEN DESPARATE. I RAISED MY TWO CHILDREN HERE IN A TWO BEDROOM FOR $500.(A RENTERS SPECIAL) THE RENT WAS CHEAPER DURING THAT TIME. LATER WE MOVED INTO THE THREE BEDROOM FOR $725 AS THE RENT WAS INCREASING AND THIS WAS A BETTER DEAL WITH MORE ROOM (1000 SQUARE FEET) ALTHOUGH DURING THAT TIME THE AREA WAS SOMEWHAT REMOTE. NOW IT SEEMS MUCH MORE CONVENIENT AS THE AREA IS BUILDING BUT IM SURE THE RENT IS MORE EXPENSIVE.
