Nothing special, but not too bad, either...

When we first moved in last June, we couldn't have been happier! Our landlord was really awesome; always laughing, always smiling, always interested in what we were up to. A few months back she left, and although the staff that is in the office now isn't quite the same, they still seem pretty nice. The office hours are awful though if you needed to pick up a package & you don't get off work until 5!!
Maintenance seems to be on top of things. We've only had one issue w/ the heater {on the coldest night last Winter}, but it was resolved fairly quickly. I think the only problem we've really had was the pest problem. It's almost as if everyday we're killing another spider {the jumpy kind}.
The new playground is really nice & the fitness center is nice, but tiny. Parking usually isn't a problem {at least on our side of the complex}, and you can barelly hear 360.
It's in a great location, if you like being close to EVERYTHING that anyone could ever want/need. Forget trying to get out & go anywhere around Christmas though!!
