After moving into Hunter's Chase, information was disclosed concerning the complex I was moving in. After a few months, this area was not for me or my visiting girlfriend. I broke the lease and any numerous problems. Hunter s chase continued to automated debit my account for fees that should not have collected. The office staff is rude and unprofessional. This place is defiantly all about the money and not anything else. If I could do this experience over, I would have never moved into the apartment complex. If you choose to live here, I would ask to see the apartment and check out your neighbors before signing the lease. Once that is signed, they basically will take you for every penny they can.

Unfortunately, unless you sign a month to month lease this is going to be the case at any apartment complex. You are liable for all rent and fees until the lease is up or until the apartment is re-rented. This can get outrageous especially if you have moved and are paying for another apartment. The only way out is to find were they have either breached their contract with you or if the conditions are unliveable according to Building Code--even then that takes a couple of months in court to prove and the burden of proving the situation is all on your shoulders. You can't count on checking out your neighbors either--apartments tend to have high turnover--I had neighbors for 2 years and then lost them to 2 different sets of people within 12 months that were less than unsavory. Thank god the people now are okay. Basically what I mean to say here is that all apartment communities are out the penny pinch you especially in the economy and there is not a tooting thing you can do about it if you have to rent.

The comments from management only confirms alot of the dissatisified tenants that were here. After this who would want to rent with this complex, this is why there is a high turnover.
