Great place if your neighbors are great

My wife and I have lived in Hunters for about 1.5 years now. We moved here because we got in on a really good special that saved us about $200 bucks versus a place where we had already signed a lease. I will admit that it is not the best apartment Midlothian has to offer but if you are on a pretty tight budget it is a good place. We have been very fortunate to have great neighbors on all sides of us. If our neighbors have parties it is typically on normal party nights like Friday or Saturday which is to be expected in any apartment complex. Our appliances are old but bearable. I like the fact that I can walk to American Family whenever I want to work out. Also, we have gotten to know the leasing office workers and that seems to help whenever we need something done. They have done whatever we needed for the most part. It helps that we are always very friendly with them and try to say thank you whenever possible. I would say that if you can swing an extra $100-$200 bucks, you should probably pick the Crowne or the Park at Salisbury, but if your monthly budget is pretty tight, Hunter's Chase is a much better pick than some of the other mid-range apartment complexes.
