Worst place to live in Chesterfield From: nocturnal23112 Date posted: 6/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   Horrible office staff, unfriendly and very anal about every useless detail, all appliances are the cheapest possible and they never fix anything. Move here only if you don't need heat and air conditioning and you aren't worried about getting mugged in the parking lot at night while looking for your car that they had towed.
