I moved in mallard cove 1 month ago I thought they look clean and they are in an area I want to be. WRONG!!! I have drug dealers living next to me they sit in the breeze way all day and night I can not go to the car by myself at dark and yesterday when I came home police were everywhere I would not recommend anyone to live here especially with children!!!!

I believe alot of these postings are over exageration. This community is very nice! I have seen ALOT worse!!

I lived there in 2001 and yes there were some undesirables, but the majority of the people were nice hard working lower white collar, blue collar, college students, artists, est. My wife and I felt safe at nite, in our cars and we had children. Our only problem was we were on the upper level and had no yard or balcony, so our daughter couldn't play outside with out our direct supervision. This was because the playground could not viewed from our apartment, and the only ground in view next to our apartment was next to a high traffic road. So we always needed to physically present and couldn't just keep an eye on her from the apartment. So, with our busy schedules she couldn't play outside much. We only left for a yard. To be fair, the apartments could have gone down by now and could be exactly as the person stated six years later.

I have a question.....if drug dealers are living next to you and doing drugs in the breezeway.....have you called the POLICE!!!!!
