I lived here for about 6 years!!!!! It was such a nice place when I first moved here. The type of people they let move in has made Mallard Cove horrible. I see nothing but groups of kids hanging out and doing drugs. The police are always around because of the all the drugs and i have lived here all this time yet my car has been towed away several times!!!!!!!!! Dont move here!!! there is a place called Grand Oaks apt that is Brand new and is for low income families. Its in chester but worth it 2 bedroom townhomes for less than $700 There also antoher place called Creek Pointe for Low income families and it is in Chesterfield in a great area 3 bedrooms for about $800!!!!!!!!
