Old Buckingham Station

It's a great place to live... if your 19 From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   We lived there just over a year ago and couldn't stay the entire year. Our children were constantly sick and we even had the office come and do a mold test on our apartment because we had constant leaks but they refused to give us a copy of the results. The neighbors upstairs were awful 19 yr olds who partied day and night. We ended up having to complain almost daily and all the manager did was go up there and tell them to calm down. We had to call the police one night because one of the boys upstairs had a drug overdose and passed out outside our front door. We lived overlooking the pool which was an awsome view.. with a cost of having people sneaking into it at 3 am waking everyone up. We moved because we ended up rushing our 2 yr old to the ER with an Asthma attack. Since we've moved out... neither one of my children have been sick. And my son... He doesn't have asthma. The apartment company is still trying to bill us for moving out two months early because they didn't care about my children's conditions. All they cared about was the money.
