If you like creepy crawling insects and flies in your apartment this is the place for you. Cupboards are old and smelly, no mold noted however. Kitchen appliances are old, not fit for using. Only positive was the water pressure in the shower (pretty good). Insects seem to come from under baseboards and opening in the bottom of the front door. Exterior very old and dirty, could really use a fresh coat of paint!! Cigarette butts on terrace and breeze way, dirt piled up on exterior steps, disgusting!!! Dogs poop all over the lawn, owners do not clean up after their dogs, and its not enforced. I was not brave enough to go to the fitness center, because after experiencing apartment/exterior surroundings I thought my health would be in jeopardy if I entered the fitness center, and after reading some of these reviews I think I was correct. I will be out of here shortly (short term lease}, thank heavens, and am very happy!! Pictures on website are very misleading, rented based on pictures as I came from out of state, really thought this was resort style living as portrayed on website; this is an old dirty place!!!! They obviously don't care about their tenants.

I disagree with everything I have lived here for almost 2 years. I have a friend who lives here also, and yes her building did have a problem with dog droppings, but after she compained it stopped. It's not the apartments fault that some tendants take advantage of this being such and down to earth place. If you do make complaints it will be handled in a timely manner.
