Wow, um, if they refused to give you the number to corporate, then they are in violation of the law. When you request numbers like that, they must give you the number. Almost every business that I've dealt with is like that, I would be very surprised if GSC is not the same. Also, if the staff doesn't do anything about the noise level, that's when you call the police and have them take care of it, then fax a copy of the police report to corporate and the front office. That way it's on record that they did nothing about it and you had to call the authorities. It's a great way to ensure that if you go to court over something like that, your ducks are all in a row!
