I lived there for a year... me and my roomate moved into a place that smelled like cat urine, light fixtures hanging from the ceiling, dryer vents that were broken and blowing stuff all over our baclcony, a rotted deck with grease stains, a garbage disposal and washer that did not work properly. It took close to 2 months to get some of those things fixed. We had a awful time with parking, management, maintenance, and upstairs neighbors. To top if off when we moved out we had the place in good condition, but just have recently receive a bill for entire new carpeting for the whole place, which I am finding out to be pretty common for them to charge people for. My recommendations would be never to set foot on this propertly let alone live there. Additionally if anyone has any advice on handling the charges they have received after moving out please feel free to email me your advice!

We are currently in the process of going to court with them would love to have you come along and would happily do the same for you! Had bascially the same experience with them only our apartment leaked and had standing water in the master bedroom on the ground floor. After moving out almost 6mths later we got the bill. Advice as follows.. STAY AWAY FROM OBS!
