I have heard about this place from others, STAY AWAY is the message.

I completely disagree. We have been very good tenants, but when you have to wait for months to fix a closet door, and you have to wait for another month or two for a leaky faucet to be fixed, then it is not the tenant! I'm sure the people near the front of the property have no problems; the people in the back, however, are hidden away and not really taken care of. Out of sight, out of mind comes to mind. If you don't believe me, check the grounds. The front of the property always looks in pristine condition, but the back of the property, near the volleyball court, is the pits. Even the parking lot there has hunks of it gouged out.
