Waiting for Lease to Expire

I will be moving out of this complex as soon as my lease expires. For a brand new complex this is the noisiest and most poorly managed place I have every lived. Management uses the US Postal Service to send you notices except the ones they stick in your door so the wind will blow away. Water taste so bad you can't drink it. Very poorly constructed. Place is held together by caulking. Every little defect in the place has been covered with caulk. Floors shake when you walk and you can hear cars coming and going in parking lots and on 288. Outside lights work sometimes. If you enjoy hearing your neighbors banging cabinets and doors, dogs barking all day while they are gone, paying high electric bills, tugging bottled water up stairs, then this is place for you.
