The Goods:

Clean, and I would have to say the office people were very very nice, nicer than any place we have stayed and we have seen many as my wife is a traveling nurse. Oh did I mention clean:) Maintence was fast and very friendly also. The management seemed to really care about you and your needs! Pretty quiet too.

The Bad:

Not much other than pool hours and the lifeguard was a bit hyperactive with rules but that was liveable. I cannot really think of anything else.
