I will be moving out of this complex as soon as my lease expires. This is the noisiest and most poorly managed place I have ever lived. Management uses the US Postal Service to send you notices except the ones they stick on your door so the wind will blow away. Managements response to residence complaints is that it is beyond their control. This is the first place I've lived where you can hear your neighbors conversations through the walls. Very poorly constructed. Place is held together by caulking. Floors shake when you walk and you can hear cars coming and going. Outside lights work sometimes. If you enjoy hearing your neighbors banging cabinets and doors, dogs barking all day while they are gone, and paying high electric bills, then this is place for you.

Lived there a year and can confirm the above must be someone with an axe to grind. I have found none of the above to be true

My guess is this is someone that used to live in a house and they will hate apartment living wherever they go. I've lived here for almost a year and have encountered none of the issues listed above. Management has been very responsive to any issues I've had which have been few and far between. BTW, how else is management supposed to give you a notice if not through the USPS? The only notices on the doors are for things like pest control, inspections, etc. If it's important wouldn't you want it through the USPS to make sure you get it? Also the highest electric bill I've had was $87, typically it's been between $60 - $70 a month, not sure what they were hoping for. As always everyone it entitled to their opinion but this persons opinion is just wrong :-) Check out the rest of the reviews for this apartment complex and compare it to their competition.

I am shocked and appauled that this person went so far as to conjure up these types of complaints. It is unfortunate that they got used to having no neighbors living upstairs for sometime. (they said they were going to write a complaint, so I know exactly who it is) You cannot dictate who your neighbors will be (it is against the law)and when they found out kids were moving in they started complaining before the new neighbors even took possession. You just can't please 100% of the people 100% of the time. That's just doing business. This is a beautiful property and you would be missing out on a great place to live.

I worked here and know what a mess it was here. They make you drive your own car around to do maintenance and have unprofessional maintenance leadership when I was here. I definitely would not like to live here, NIce View the 288 extension with all the noise that comes with that.

I've lived here three years, other than management changing like socks, haven't had any problems. NEWS FLASH, its an apartment community, there will be some noise simply by the fact of the close proximity that people live to one another. As a former condo owner, this noise is no different than any condo or townhome. If you don't like the noise, quite complaining and MOVE!

If "some" noise means the sound of gun shots then I agree.
