I moved into the Park at Salisbury in January 2009 and have found this complex to be a pleasant place to live. The area is very quiet and also convenient to shopping, schools - and it is nice to have Route 288 close by. The apartments themselves are spacious and appear to be well-built as far as I can tell. The staff is very friendly, professional, and responsive to any issues that come up. The clubhouse, fitness center and pool are well-maintained.
After originally signing a 6-month lease, I decided to stay for another year.

Obviously that was a very sad situation. I don't feel it reflects on this apartment complex as a place to live. Unfortunately, that kind of stuff seems to happen more and more and it doesn't matter where you live.

According to the article I wouldn't want to live there if other options were available.
