I have been residing at Trophy Club for almost a year. I can not wait to move out due to a few reasons:

1. The floorplans are strange.

For instance, the washer/dryer units are right at the front door. The kitchen is the size of a small hallway and the bedrooms border each other so the noise level can be loud at times.

2. The management used to be nice and caring. Not so much anymore.

We had an amazing manager at one time then the apartment company sent someone else. She gets the job done, but she's very to the point and unfriendly.

3. There are less expensive NEW apartments down the street.

There are brand new apartment down the street. The rates are cheaper, the plans are better, and they have a much larger/nicer community house.

The Trophy Club is a very nice apartment complex. But if you're looking into spending alittle more for a nicer place, look elsewhere. They over charge here.
