This is my first APT. to live in the U.S.
apt and management are really great
I like it and if I decide to stay in
Richmond I'll never think to move-out.
I don't know about the old management
but since I moved here in March 2007
management was excellent.
The Price is high a little but if you
don't have problem with that it is
the proper place...
