If you don't like having freedom of choice then Trophy Club or The Enclave may be what you are looking for. However, if you believe you can decide if you want Fios, Comcast or possibly Directv on your own then maybe you should look around at any other apartment facilities in the area where you will have choices. Our picture here was horrible, nothing to do with HD!! We had a better picture for free at the INTOWN Suites including HBO. Here for 1 tv Fox news and CMT it is $65 a month WOW!! NOW we only have rabbit ears since they gave us and a neighbor eviction notices when attempting to satisfy their ever changing requirements for dish installations. The resident before us also tried to get a dish installed but it was also rejected we were told. LOOK around you won't see a dish anywhere here, but drive over to Belvedere they have plenty, FREEDOM OF CHOICE!!! Some other nice ammenities might be having a place to wash and vacuum your car, a place to park a trailer if you have one, maybe Wifi in and around the pool area, possibly online billing and peace and quiet without the Fire Department being located directly across the street from the NEW MODEL (BEWARE LOOK & LISTEN). Some other reasonable items might be having gated security around the premises to prevent unwanted guests around your vehicle and home or maybe fencing around the open bodies of water for the safety of younger children. Also, broken fountain pumps should be repaired in a reasonable time frame ( ours has been broken for over 2 months so far, requests to fix ignored. Lakes have no water feed aeration is not an option. They could call this place Trophy Club Retirement Home, come here and we will take care of your decisions including where and how much of your money is spent on cable and internet. And most of all, take note that no LEASE BREAKAGE IS ALLOWED PERIOD. Entire lease amount due here at Trophy Club ( could be 10 to 12 months rent for example, ridiculous!!. Check at other apartments in the same area ( NOT ENCLAVE) and I believe you will find a maximum 60 days notice, 2 months rent, a fair amount I think. Maybe they are having trouble renting here or just greedy. Alot of tennants coming and going, some newer ones seem to be less desireable to me, more kids running the grounds unsupervised.

Good luck with your search and feel free to email us if you have questions or have a good experience somewhere else in Midlothian at u4trouble@live.com. Ducks and lakes were nice at first but we want more than that from our next home, besides they poop all over the sidewalks everywhere. You may notice quite a few perfect 5s showing up on here within the last month or two, not sure what to say about that but you might consider contacting myself or other tennants moving out if you can locate them. Where were these reviews 6 months ago, might make you wonder a little. You probably don't want to get stuck for the entire lease term if you make the wrong decision or have something unexpected come up that requires you to move. This alone is very important to us when we sign another 12 month lease. We were not made aware of this when we signed in March 2009. You might ask yourself why is it necessary for them to hold you for the whole lease term like this if everything is perfect here, why are their apartments SO HARD TO RENT'''' People have things that come up unexpected sometimes. Why not be reasonable' If it was really so great here as some reviews seem to imply, they should have no trouble re-renting with 2 months and not need to be so greedy about it, things happen, sometimes they are not within your control. BEWARE of the risk before signing, all is not as it appears on the surface.

I know this resident and I am distressed how this property that I use to think was reputable is handling this. You may want to look elsewhere.

This is the manager and would like to respond to the the person who responded to this review. I am not sure who expressed to you about how this situation was handled, however, it was handled in a delicate, professional, and law abiding manner. If you dont know your facts about a situation or you were not involved in the situation, then you should simply keep your comments private until you know all the facts. Again, if you should have any questions or problems, I encourage you to speak with the Trophy Club office. Maybe they can enlighten you more about the cable we have to offer, which I absolutely love. I will express another fact too; all residents know before they sign their lease that Trophy Club has their own cable system, which is digital and is through Dish Network. Also, residents (before they sign the lease) know we do not have our high definition set up just yet (although we are getting it). If high definition televison is very very very important to a person, then I would suggest to that individual to rent at a community with high definition television and not bager the property or the employees for not offering it. All facts are always spelled out before a resident signs a lease. If you fail to read the lease before you move in or refuse to ask questions during the lease signing, then that is not the fault of the staff. If anyone should have any more questions about our cable system, I would be happy to answer them. I am watching my cable now and the picture is great, just not high definition. I have had Comcast before and our system is a very similar service, we just do not offer HD yet. The only difference is that if you have any issues with your cable, our maintenance technicians will be out the same day to fix, as opposed to other cable providers, which could take 1-4 days to fix. Also, our management company offers a help desk call center, trained in digital cable, for residents if they have problems after hours. I hope this helps in explaining the cable system at Trophy Club.

Not all of us reading these reviews are idiots and there are TOO MANY reviews complaining about this and other complexes that make the residents chose their service only to be simply ungrateful people. You can bet that if I decide to look at Trophy Club I will be asking to see the quality of picture before I sign the lease and if there is any hesitation I belive that will give me the answer I need as to whether or not I want to live there. If so many people are unhappy with this type of service then maybe Trophy Club should think about changing the situation. If it has been continuing this long it makes me wonder if someone isn't making a buck somewhere and THAT could be the main concern of the complex.
