The location is great and the grounds are nice but I have a few questions about my cable TV. I have comcast now and I would like to keep the same. I have been to other local apartments and this has been no problem. Please explain the cable situation at the Trophy Club.

Good luck if you want Comcast or Directv or internet faster than 2.8 megs download. They do tell you they have their own provider up front but make you sign for the term of your lease sight unseen. After I moved in it took me 4 days to get my box, then many service calls and two new flat screens later to find out I was screwed for 12 months. Terrible picture, faces almost unrecognizable, definitely not worth $65 a month or even $20 per month. Now I have only rabbit ears for the remaining 10 months of my lease. FOX NEWS should have been in the top 100 not top 200 which drove the cost up another $20 NICE!!! LIVE AND LEARN I GUESS
Demand a demo of THEIR satellite service in your new apartment before signing anything and read the lease do not let them rush you like they did my wife and I!!!! Better yet, I would go somewhere else!!

Why is it necessary for them to require anyone to use only their service anyway? Sounds like a deal where they are both making money to me. The more I read about some of these apartments the more leery I am about the apartments in Richmond.
