I was reading some of the other reviews and am not sure what people are expecting to get out of an apartment. I've lived in numerous apartments over the past 10 years, and these are by far the best. No, not everything is going to be perfect, but nothing ever is. The maintenance staff are very responsive, the office staff are very nice, even if they don't always have answers (the parent company is in Indianapolis so you have to get any real information out of them). I love my spacious apartment, and it's only 2 miles from work. They are also very pet-friendly, which my 60-lb greyhound and I love...they even put in a dog run a few months ago! I never hear my neighbors, and I live on the ground floor.

I am the manager of this property and can assure you this review "I love it here" is an actual resident and not a member of the staff, as you have suggested in your rating of this review. As most of the residents know, none of the staff has a 60 pound greyhound, only a four pound chihuahua:) I am not sure what negative thoughts you have about our community but I would be happy to address it with you at the leasing office. There is no need to discredit someone else's view of the community. To see a positive review such as this holds such a positive reinforcement and energy for the Trophy Club staff since we work so hard to keep our residents happy! Again, I encourage you to meet with me if you are unhappy. We are here to serve you. There are so many residents, including myself, who absolutely enjoy their apartment home here at Trophy Club and I hope we can help you get to that point. That is why our residents stay an average of about 3 years because they love it:)

I guess the advertisement sign on Robious road is only for decoration. Maybe people are smarter than given credit for, concerning what is going on here. Make sure your rabbit ears pick up good in your unit before signing and try to put off signing up for cable. They probably will force you to sign up before moving in. Then it is in your contract for a year or whatever your term is. They say they are upfront and hide nothing RIGHT!! You will find out the hard way most likely concerning this. Check ENCLAVE the sister property for comments, very similar no choice. Ask them when they will have HD HaHa what a laugh that is how about NEVER. It has been coming for years.
