Noisy due to traffic, nice scenery but what's up with the cable situation. I read the Enclave and here, does not sound so good.

No choice for cable,theirs only and it was overpriced ( 65 a month for fox news with one tv only) and had a terrible picture in my unit, email me for an example of my picture. When I finally got it off my lease they tried to charge me for a lost box for three months. If you come here, be sure to check your bill very closely for additions!! Also check the water/sewer charges on the 15th of each month to see if they match your meter usage located beside your washer and dryer with a wire coming out of it. Mine was always higher than it should be.
