NO problems with my cable (been here 3 years.) A little at first with the transition from the old system but now it's fine.
NO problem with dropping my rent by the office or mailing it in... other apartment places I've looked charge an extra fee for online payment!
NO speed issues with internet... I take online classes & do just fine.
NOt missing WiFi... if I'm at the pool, I'm there to relax!!
NO issue with the clubhouse not available for rent -- more privacy when I go to work out!
NO issue with not having a place to wash/vacuum my car outside my apartment -- who wants to see that anyway... plus there is a really nice place right across the street. Also, NO issue with Trophy Club banning trailers and working on your car!! I pay top dollar for a nice environment, not to live in a 'trailer park'!


Seriously.... if you're considering a move to Trophy Club, I'd recommend it. It's gorgeous. All apartment communities have MINOR issues you will have to deal with. This is one of the best values for the price. Read all the reviews with an intelligent eye... you'll see that on the negative reviews, there are just a handful of vindictive people who have nothing better to do than sit around and re-post their complaints!

Cute another management type review to get the ratings up, everything is just perfect RIGHT!!, just check Enclave for cable responses, more retired persons here who are not worried about some of the above. This is the only place in the entire area trying to control cable and internet choices. If you don't care then by all means this is your place, lakes are nice even though our fountain has been off for going on two months, ducks and geese everywhere. Unfortunately it is too late once you sign and commit for a lease term. No going anywhere then just good old RABBIT EARS unless you want to pay for THEIR service ( $65 WOW just for FOX NEWS). As far as the above review, glad you like it you can have it, maybe you have not seen a good picture in a while since you supposedly have been here 3 years or maybe you are tied to management. Maybe you should go to Best Buy and see an example of what a good picture is. I think around here they are either used to bad or are lying. At least at Enclave you get the truth, maybe that is why they have a 46 rating. Both places have the same cable service.
