I have lived in Trophy club twice, including the present.

Pros: The office tries very hard to be helpful and make sure everything is ok in your unit, and any work I needed done happened quickly. All of the staff has been friendly and responsive including the leasing office and maintenance people, especially Carly (office), Mike, and Josh (maintenance). The apts are in good shape overall and management communicates well with the tennants.

Internet access is fine and you can use clearwire too if you want. I work from my apt sometimes and don't have any problems with internet.

The grounds are well maintained.

this place has a raquetball court that's rarely used so if you like Raquetball there's a nice fringe benefit.

cons:
The Dish Network isn't great and they have no HD channels but at least you don't have to hassle with the Comcast or Verizon and pay all their fees and contracts, etc. It works for me. Also, I think you can get your own separate dish too if you really want the HD.

some of the stairwells are tight and moving into the second and third floors can be a challenge with the larger furniture.

The walls are well insulated but the ceilings and floors not so much...I can hear my upstairs neighbor talking even at normal conversation levels, and can hear the shower, washing machine, and other appliances running when the upstairs neighbor has them on. I never hear my neighbors on the sides or downstairs.

They take care of you alright, Sorry you can't get a dish here, don't try unless you want an eviction notice like we did and our neighbors, their demands change and they will not tell you a way that will please them because there is no way. ITS THEIR CABLE OR RABBIT EARS UNFORTUNATELY They want to control everything tv, internet and soon phone like Enclaves apparently do from the comments. NO Fios, No Comcast and No Directv, NO CHOICE LIKE YOU ARE ENTITLED TO HAVE, ASK AROUND AT OTHER FACILITIES. Its all about making more money not about pleasing you as a customer. Look elsewhere or pay the price here, NO LEASE CANCELLATION FEE HERE only the entire lease amount, Ridiculous, totally unreasonable and greedy.

You must not really know much about internet if you think this is fine. Check Enclaves their sister property also in Midlothian for more accurate reviews, Same tv, internet and even their phone service, NO CHOICE MONOPOLY !!!
