Over a year ago I moved into my apartment here at Trophy Club (Midlothian). I love it here. I did a great deal of research in making my decision. As a previous 5 year resident on the Richmond West End area I chose Tropjy Club for a fresh start. Everyone from the management service, maintenance service including the grounds keeping group are all delightful. All services in the area are convenient to your needs; a mall, major grocery stores, hospitals...indeed I could go on. Come see the community. It speaks for itself. Positive people will see positive things.

It is just like heaven on earth isn't it, could not be any better could it, RIGHT!!!
Just like a management review too many lately to be a coincidence. The lease cancellation policy speaks volumes about this place, THERE IS NONE NOW, no way out like the old days, pay the entire lease amount. If it is so good WHY the stringent policy, are these apartments having that much trouble being rented?? People sometimes need to move before the lease is up, In touch communities realize this and have reasonable policies in force for ex. 60 days 2 months rent a fair amount but not ridiculous like TROPHY CLUB

Stay away so you won't get stuck here for a year after you find out the truth. I hope you can figure out the truth in time with all the bull you get on this Trophy Club site. Plenty of sweet talking, that and one dollar will get you anything on the dollar menu at McDonalds. Listen for the fire dept. you will hear it loud and clear after you move in especially if you take the hard to rent model vacant for quite a while, the whole time we have been here. email us at u4trouble@live.com for more information
