I love it here and one of the reasons is the friendliness of the staff.
Terrific manager and office staff, and very capable maintenance staff.
Problems are usually resolved the same day.

But like all families there are little issues. Like the geese droppings,residents owning more than one vehicle taking up parking places in front of apts.not being enforced.
I feel as though I am far removed from the city. The lakes are beautiful and the landscaping is lovely. It was one of the reasons I chose Trophy Club.
Nothing like seeing the herons fly in or going out and fishing in the lakes.

Fixed the same day I don't think so, maintenance ruined our bathroom tile with adhesive and we had to keep after the office for almost a week to get them to live up to it and replace the tile in the bathroom. It does look nice now but could have been easier to accomplish. Our water bill charges have been continuously wrong and no one will give you the number for billing dept. or answer email requests, they just say they will send it in. We will most likely get a late fee for their overcharges not being paid. STAY AWAY, don't believe these perfect 5 reviews,you will be stuck with the no getting out of the lease at all. Should send a message of what kind of place this is!!!!

They are so nice talk you right out of your wallet if you would let them. Statements seem to always be wrong for one reason or another. Tv reception bad and internet slow, no outside choices allowed here, overpriced service, bad picture. STAY AWAY SO YOU DON"T GET STUCK!!!
