My husband and I lived there for 4 years and have seen the property go through two owners. Since Havens Properties took over, the place really went downhill-fast. They allow 10 people to live in a two bedroom apartment, which is a violation of the Fire Code. They allow people in who deal in drugs and prostitution. Very poor with getting issues taken care of within the buildings. I know of a person who had an issue with the deadly Black Mold in their apartment and they had a son with severe allergies and asthma. They cleaned out the ducts but did not bother to check any other apartment. The workers in the office do nothing but lie to you on a constant basis. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone.

Wow. I was thinking of moving here in about 3 months. Is it still pretty bad?
