THESE APARTMENTS ARE HORRIBLE. THE WORST MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY 17 YEARS OF RENTING. ALL YOU HEAR IS "SORRY" AND A TIMID LAUGH WHEN YOU WAIT WEEKS TO GET MAJOR MAINTENANCE DONE. I CAN'T WAIT TO GET OUT AS MY LEASE IS UP IN ONE MONTH. THE OUTSIDE OF MY APARTMENT IS TURNING GREEN FROM MOLD AND MILDEW, WHO KNOWS WHEN THEY WILL GET AROUND TO PAINTING' IT HASNT BEEN DONE IN THE TWO YEARS I'VE BEEN HERE. THE STAFF IS VERY VERY IRRISPONSIBLE.

I can certainly appreciate your dilemma. I too had a similar situation in a Richmond apartment complex and wasn???t satisfied until I decided to buy my own house in the area. You might want to consider buying???It is currently a BUYER???s market and it???s amazing - with the interest rates so low, your mortgage payment will probably be less than your rent. Just something to consider??? I was so burned by my apartment situation that I went out and got my real estate license???so if you need any help, I would be happy to show you some homes in some great neighborhoods.
