Well here are my reasons why I do not recommend Arboretum Place.

1) Let's start with the apartment office sending out eviction warnings if your rent is one single day late.

2) Don't plan on having visitors overnight because if you do it will cost you $120 fee because due too a major lack of insufficent visitors parking cars are constantly getting towed from the complex. Without exaggeration there are probably over 100 apartments in Arboretum and there are approximately 30 visitors spaces to accomadate visitors.

3) Maitenance crew is lazy and pretty much useless. Constantly tried to contact them too make arrangements to fix problems with my apartment. After several failed attempts I gave up.

4) If you like living on the water this place is great but here's the problem there is no body of water around it. At least 4 times a week you will see a plumber using a shop vac to vacuum out water from peoples living rooms because the plumbing in these places is awful.

5) What they don't tell you about this place on there website is it is surrounded by a train track from one end to the other. Not only that but it is right next to an airport. So not only do you hear the sound of a train going by in the early hours of the morning but also you hear low flying planes constantly.

6) Apartment office staff is rude and unprofessional. Well this pretty much speaks for itself. I guess these people never heard of the term customer satisfaction.

Arboretum is a great place too live if it costs $400 a month but for the price I paid it definately was not worth it. The entire complex from the staff to the buildings is nothing but garbage. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE LIVING THERE.
