I dated a girl that lived in Arboretum and then I moved in to a different apartment there for myself. Parking is decent, the grounds are decent, and the noise is almost decent. I think it's a pretty good first apartment type place for a college student, maybe. The office staff leaves a little to be desired. Nice floorplans, but I think they are a little too pricey for what you get. They don't allow big dogs, but one girl in the office had a big dog, and other tenants had pit bulls that they would let run loose sometimes. The pool is ok..... Just about everything is just ok at Arboretum. I would recommend Arboretum to a college student from out of town, but not really to anyone else. Keep looking, you can find better for the same money.
