starting off with the GOOD:
-the maintenence staff was prompt with any apartment problems(theres a 24 hour paging service you can utilize)
-the office staff was curtious
-the location is pretty nice
-the apartments themselves are quite pretty on the inside

now with the BAD:
-there is a train track RIGHT NEXT to the apartment complex which they failed to mention to us. it is literally a stones throw away and i'm a pretty heavy sleeper but it woke me up almost every single night. i counted 8 trains within a single night. when the trains go by it shakes your apartment a tiny bit.
-there is NOT enough visitor parking, plain and simple. if you have a boyfriend/girlfriend who comes to visit or are in college with friends, be warned. the tow trucks love this apartment complex and i've seen them tow a visitors car in 20 seconds or less-they work fast!
-the pool is small and the hours of operation vary. the pool is only open for two months whereas other apt. pools in the area are nicer and open much longer.
