I have lived here for about a year and a half. I feel safe here. Its in a good area. They didnt mention it was near an airport and that their are train trains behind the complex. VERY NOISY. Over the summer I had a water stain on my bedroom ceiling. Maintenance came up and said it was nothing and they would repaint it. About a month later after I came home from the hospital from having my baby the ceiling sprung a leak and I had a 6 by 6 foot hole in my ceiling. It took 3 weeks to fix because the guy never showed up to finish it. Also they had to treat mold. I had to sleep on my couch for 3 weeks. They did take some money off my rent for the situation. The first week I lived here someone hit my car in the middle of the night and I didnt see who it was. While filling out paper work they told us we would have military discount. Dont be fooled, the discount is for the FIRST year you live here. Property value increase every year so your rent will go up about 70. For the money we pay we should have a bigger apartment. Quiet hours start at 9pm. No one listens to that. Its loud in my building with people coming and going. Tried to get out of lease early but they want over 3 grand. Neighbor has a dog that barks all the time. Other than that its been a good place to live. Close to businesses and shopping centers.

So you had a problem with leaks too? We've had 3 different MAJOR leaks that have caused MASSIVE cave ins on the ceilings not to mention a guy falling through our ceiling. lol. It took us almost 2 months to get the first leak fixed and everything else has taken longer than that.
