we moved here because my husband was stationed here and we thought thee office staff was really wonderful until Melanie had her baby and was out a few weeks thats when the problems started. First we were to resign our lease for another year because we did like it here and didnt want to pay to move somewhere else and having a chance we could get stationed somewhere else and have to move again so we made an appointment for a saturday and when we got there for our appointment time no one was there so i left a message and i didnt get a call back so we went the following monday no one said sorry for not being there and they were really mean to use and we will be paying over $1000 a month to them. A few weeks later I had a water leak in my bathroom, the water kept running in the bathtub even when we turned it off and it was boiling hot water to the point where it was steaming up our bathroom and bedroom not to mention that i have 2 children that could burn themself with the water if they went in there. So i called them left a message because they NEVER answer no call back so i waited 24 hours and called again no answer so i left another message 30 minutes later they left a note on my door saying we need to remove the tire we have stored on our patio (i dont mind moving at all) but i was mad cause they were quick enough to leave a note at my door but when we need something fix they cant even call someone back. Dont get me wrong i loved it when melanie was here she was great and she cared and the maint. people are wonderful very good but its just the staff that is there now i dont know there names but theres a blonde girl who is very rude the kids are standing at the bus stop infront of the office and she walks smoking i dont care she smokes but infront of children is wrong and just nasty and very unprofessional. So i like it but i recommend they get a new staff and i cant wait till mrs. Melanie comes back we miss her!!!!
