In the 2 years that I've lived here I've come across a few problems. There is a constant problem with the washers and you are limited to 4 out of an estimate of 32 apartments, 2 of which are almost always out of order. The walls are thin, so you can hear phone conversations, cabinets being shut and when the person across from you leaves or enters there apartment it sounds as if they are entering yours. The central heat-a/c are really noisy. The rent goes up every year with only minimal improvements. Aside from these few issues there are some advantages. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. The area is kept clean and landscaping stays neat and tidy all year long.
