Its bad - Don?t live here

I have lived here for a year. In that year we have had numerous problems and they don?t fix it right away. When I first moved in the water heater was leaking. It took them 2 months to fix it and another month to put new linoleum down. They never replaced the carpet in the dining room where the water had been sitting ruined it. One month after we lived there they put up siding. Apartley a couple nails put holes in the wall so now every time it rains the water leaks down the right side of the wall and on the ceiling. It got so bad that mold had started growing on the wall. We went straight to Lisa Perry the manager) and she acted like she didn?t care. So the next step we took was to call the health inspector. Finally they did something. When they took down the wall to replace it about a hundred termites came out onto the carpet. And the management said we?ll get someone out there in a couple weeks. A month later the exterminator came out. But by that time we had already gotten them up ourselves. About 8 months into living there the upstairs neighbor was taking a shower and I heard a dripping sound I went into the bathroom to find the shower upstairs was leaking into the bathtub. Do you want to know how the maintenance fixed it''' They put a towel in the hole and put putty over it. Again a week later it was dripping again. This apartment complex is not safe in 4 months my apartment was almost broken into twice. One time by my own upstairs neighbor! Finally, the lease was supposed to be up June 15 and I was going to go month to month. When I got into the office to pay my rent Lisa told me that I had to move out they already have someone moving in on the 27th. That was a real shock because I never told her I was going to move or sign any papers. So I decided to go month to month on a two bedroom since she said I couldn?t move into another one bedroom. The apartment was supposed to be ready on June 14 for me to move in. I went to sign the lease and she said the apartment wouldn?t be ready for another couple days. So I had to call the electric, phone and tell people that I had planed to help me that I wasn?t moving for a couple days. If I had the money I would have left a long time ago. I hope that someone will read this and rethink living here especially if you live in 405 #21.
