Auburn Chase is a nice community. I have been here for a few months and was glad to see new management. Maintenance is a little slow but the work gets done properly. Recently I have seen a police officer who lives here that actually patrols the community and has helped quiet some of the noise. I would reccomend this complex to my friends. The apartments are very big but a little noisy. Good for the Money!!!

You've got to be kidding. Just wait til a few people get murdered because of drug deals gone wrong. If you haven't noticed, the place is crawling with dealers, so much for that "drug free community" letter you have to sign. Or just wait til you get held at gunpoint coming into your apartment, it happened to my husband one night and it happened to quite a few of our neighbors. Has your car or apartment been broken into, make sure you have rental insurance.
