I moved in AUGUST 2004... and at first loved it, i am a student at CNU and my best friend and i got this place, my parents came down and both approved of it, for the price it seemed like a good deal, but then we came to learn it wasnt what we thought, there were more people hanging out than we thought. We felt unsafe and tried to break our lease. this is our last year in cnu so we stuck it out,NOW I MUST SAY, IN THE FEW MONTHS WE HAVE BEEN HERE IT HAS GOTTEN BETTER, I HAVE NEVER HEARD ANY GUNSHOTS!!! I HAVE BEEN HERE A YEAR AND MONTH, THE POLICE IS ALWAYS DRIVING AROUND NOW AND I HAVE NOTICED SECURITY HERE IS AT AN ALL TIME HIGH, I HAD A PARTY AND IT GOT BUSTED, BUT I MUST SAY ABURN CHASE HAS COME A LONG WAY, Although the cops told us to keep it down it WAS nice to see that they are enforcing rules. Every were you go there is going to be something wrong with the place.... no were is perfect, and for what you pay here it is sooooo worth it . Now this isnt the best place to live but its not the worst, My neighbors were bad bad people, but they no longer live here and and i have seen a difference. all i can say is that i hope it continues to get better.
